Our High Dependency Unit provides a step up from ward care for patients who need continuous monitoring, oxygen support and intensive nursing, for example after major surgery, severe infection or obstetric complications.
Patients who need full intensive care are stabilised and transferred to partner facilities with a doctor escort.
